Training and Development opportunities for those working in the outdoors to develop their own skill sets in this largely undefined area of work in India.
My organization has announced two initiatives – Training the outbound trainer and training for instructors with outdoor adventure groups in October and November respectively.
Both these initiatives are born from an increasing need in me to do something about the undefined nature of services in the outdoors and to help develop standards in collaboration with the key providers and leaders in India.
To be honest, I am hoping that I can make both these bi-annual features. Do take a look and let me know about any feedback you may have.
